Logan County, WV, Chooses To Replace Their Legacy E9-1-1 Solution With Omni911

Centreville, VA - May 10, 2018.

The Logan County Emergency Operations Center, located in Logan County WV, selected MicroAutomation to implement their Next Generation 9-1-1 Solution, Omni911. Logan County currently uses a legacy E9-1-1 solution that is at the end of life and plans to implement Omni911 and seamlessly transition to the new solution this summer.

"We needed to replace an aging Viper solution” stated Ted Sparks, Director, Logan County Emergency Operations Center. “We were looking at a system refresh and didn't want to spend the same amount as replacing a new phone system. Omni911 meets all our needs cost effectively with everything we are looking for in one solution. We are excited to get Omni911 implemented right away and join the MicroAutomation family".
