Eventide MicroAutomation partnership
MicroAutomation has selected Eventide Communications as our digital communications recorder partner for our call center and public safety solutions. Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Little Ferry, NJ, Eventide developed the first digital logging recorder in 1989. Eventide communications logging systems empower public safety agencies, utilities, universities, transportation networks, and military agencies worldwide with advanced connectivity, exceptional incident management tools, and outstanding Linux-based system reliability. Eventide lives by the quality and ingenuity of its products, which are designed, tested and supported by teams of talented engineers. They work closely with System Integrators, Prime Contractors, Subcontractors and Project Managers to bring reliable and flexible recording solutions to a wide range of projects. MicroAutomation has enabled its CallCenter Millennium and E-911 products to interface with the Eventide NexLog Communicaiton Recorders to augment voice recordings with caller identification information for searching and archiving.

Eventide NexLog Communications Recorders and software are designed to meet the specialized needs of critical communication users. Thousands of Eventide call recorders have been installed in over 50 countries for Police, Fire, Ambulance, 911, Hospitals, Transportation Networks, Airlines, Air Traffic Control Centers, Utilities, Oil & Gas Facilities, Mining, Government Agencies, and Military. Eventide fully meets customer needs through outstanding system reliability, extensive compatibility, and continuous product innovation.

Eventide holds GSA Multiple Award Contract GS-35F-0415V. United States Federal government agencies and State & Municipal agencies that participate in the GSA Cooperative Purchasing program may purchase Eventide NexLog digital logging products at pre-negotiated GSA prices.

Eventide's NexLog IP-based NexLog communications recorders are specifically designed for Mission Critical 24/7 operation in dispatch, air traffic management, emergency call-taking and other important communications environments. With over 6,000 recording systems deployed around the world, Eventide understands that reliability is the NexLog recording system's primary mission. NexLog recording systems capture and archive media from a wide range of communications systems including E911 PSAPs, Next Generation 911, P25, DMR, Mototrbo, and other radio systems, Dispatch Consoles, ATC/ATM Systems, Radio over IP (RoIP) networks, VoIP telephones, digital PBX telephones, analog sources, PC Screens and much more. The resulting recordings are available immediately for instant recall, forensic replay, incident reconstruction, burn to CD, and export.

  • InterAct PocketCop – InterAct PocketCop gives law enforcement agencies the critical information they need to protect the community and increase tactical awareness with access to NCIC, motor vehicle, and other databases on inexpensive smartphones – anytime, anywhere.
