Emergency Dispatch Center Display – Your Finger on The Pulse

The Emergency Dispatch Center Display provides critical call statistic information in a graphical and easy to understand dashboard. This is key to monitoring all emergency dispatch center in-bound call activity. This real-time reporting dashboard provides insight to the 9-1-1 center managers, so that they can have their finger on the pulse of all the activity in their center.

This information can be displayed on selected workstations, and can also be displayed on your large contact center video display for everyone to see.

MicroAutomation’s EDCD product can be configured to include key metrics and statistics for your center, including:

  • Total calls received last hour, last 24 hours, etc.
  • Overall availability of call takers, including call takers logged in/out, talking/not-talking, available/unavailable
  • Total count of calls: in queue, abandoned, etc.
  • E9-1-1 Diagnostic Display (EDD): Status of key system communication links
