MicroAutomation’s E9-1-1 Diagnostic Dashboard (EDD) solves this problem by placing a simple dashboard on the supervisor’s desktop that provides comprehensive real-time system status, failure notification and troubleshooting information. EDD monitors not only your CTI subsystems, but it can monitor virtually any SNMP-enabled computer or telephony system.

EDD provides a graphical, tree-style, color-coded display of all key communications links and external data sources. If any failures or system problems occur, EDD will immediately notify supervisors and/or system administrators by visual or other means, such as audible alarms, text, email, beeper, etc.
