They need to have information at their fingertips about the activity of 9-1-1 operations, and to be aware of dispatcher status.

MicroAutomation’s Call Taker Status monitor is a configurable display that presents a graphic representation of the physical layout of your emergency dispatch center’s work stations. Superimposed on that layout is the real-time status of each individual station, as well as a color-coded indication of the call taker activity at each station. The information can be displayed on your wall-mounted center-wide display, or only on the call takers’ and the supervisor’s workstations.
