Most of our technical support operations are designed to be handled remotely, using specialized diagnostic tools. This way, we minimize downtime, maximize responsiveness and help keep your mission-critical operations stay on course. For those occasions when you feel that on-site support is imperative, our technicians will travel to your site to investigate, diagnose and resolve problems.

1. Platinum Maintenance Plan

This is MicroAutomation’s premiere maintenance support, 7x24x365 with response time of less than one hour. This plan includes free upgrades of MicroAutomation software.

2. Gold Maintenance Plan

6x12, 8am – 8pm (Eastern) – Monday through Saturday with response time of less than two hours. This plan includes free upgrades of MicroAutomation software.

3. Silver Maintenance Plan

5x8, 9am-5pm (Eastern) – Monday through Friday with response time of less than four hours. This plan includes free upgrades of MicroAutomation software.
