Simply put, that means that we work with all vendors that we believe offer high-quality solution components (hardware or software. That leaves us free to assemble and deliver solutions that provide a best fit to each customer’s unique problem, industry context and existing infrastructure. MicroAutomation has formed strategic partnerships with companies that are established leaders in the Self-Service (speech and regular IVR), Call Control (CTI), e911 and Analytics industries. MicroAutomation fully recognizes the value of having respected partnerships in order to deliver greater functionality and capability to our mutual customers. This partner approach allows for opportunities to improve existing contact centers, as well as to implement new infrastructure when needed.
