Valerie’s background comes with experience from the federal, state and local governments, and the private sector within the telecommunications arena. She began her telecommunications career with IBM and has proven year-over-year success in achieving consistently high customer satisfaction. Valerie’s experience includes such companies as Teloquent Communications, Altitude Software and Aspect Software. She has vast skills working in sales, project management, customer support, and training. Her strong technology knowledge makes her an excellent fit for MicroAutomation.
