MicroAutomation is pleased to announce completion of testing on V3.0 of its Medicare Part A and Part B applications. Additional benefits for Medicare contractors include: enhanced speech recognition by leveraging Nuance’s OSR 4.0 as well as better speech synthesis with the use of Real Speak 4.0. Additionally, Version 3.0 provides increased backend integration performance for Host data retrieval.

We’re constantly working to deliver additional value to our Medicare Contractor customers, said Suresh Gursahaney, CTO of MicroAutomation. Based on feedback, new CMS requirements, and our own internal testing and analysis, we’ve enhanced the software platform again for our customers using this application.
