Suresh Gursahaney

Founder and President

With the guidance of Mr. Gursahaney since 1991, MicroAutomation has become an industry leader in the provision of contact center solutions. Prior to this entrepreneurial move, Mr. Gursahaney spent more than a decade with IBM's Federal Systems Division and Application Solutions Division where he honed his program management and software development skills working on call center products, real-time control systems for an international broadcasting company, and software configuration management applications. While at IBM, he earned several IBM Quality and Outstanding Achievement Awards. In addition, his duties as program architect and design lead for the CallCoordinator and DirectTalk products resulted in five worldwide technology patents for IBM. Mr. Gursahaney received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.


Scott Fisher

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Fischer joins MicroAutomation with over 20 years of technology and professional services executive and leadership experience. His background includes 16 years of experience with Accenture, and leading several early-stage and emerging companies in achieving dramatic growth and expansion, as well as leading several strategic M&A transactions. He brings a balanced perspective of delivering superior customer value while maintaining internal operational efficiency. These skills, knowledge and experience are the catalyst in the next phase of MicroAutomation’s strategic growth and business success. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.


John Peitler

John Peitler

Vice President, Health and Insurance Solutions

As Vice President, Mr. Peitler has overall Profit and Loss responsibility for MicroAutomation’s Health and Insurance Solutions practice. Mr. Peitler has over 15 years of Information Technology, Telecommunications and Program Management experience, including 6 years as head of MicroAutomation’s Solution Delivery department. Prior to joining MicroAutomation, Mr. Peitler spent seven years managing IT Operations as a Director at International Business Systems, Inc. and five years running his own systems and networking engineering company.


Kris Paul

Vice President, Emergency Operations Solutions

Mr. Paul has over 20 years of professional management, consulting and engineering experience in both mature and high-growth technology companies, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University. Mr. Paul brings his wealth of experiences at companies such as USConnect, Data General, Digital Equipment and Westinghouse to his role of overseeing the effective and successful development and implementation of Emergency Operations Solutions for MicroAutomation’s growing customer base.


Chad Wright

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Wright’s career has resulted in bringing an integrated telephony and sales prospecting tool to market in 2007, and developing a telephony-based recruiting application for a sales consulting firm - earning a patent on the application in March 2003. Mr. Wright's 15 years of software and telephony development experience, knowledge, and expertise contributes to MicroAutomation’s continuing ability to deliver first-class solutions and to constantly improve upon them.


Doug Bowlds

Sr. Director, Solutions Delivery

Doug has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field, the last 12 being focused in Unified Communications/Unified Collaboration. As an early adopter and supporter of Voice over IP/convergence technologies, he has invented, architected, developed, marketed and vended innovative public safety solutions to Federal and Local Government clients as well as private industry. Doug’s extensive background includes network and systems engineering, project management, professional consulting services management, and technical program development and support. Doug personally led the development of technical solutions which have resulted in over $1B in Federal awards to the organizations he has served. Mr. Bowlds is a highly decorated veteran of the Cold War having served 8 years in the military intelligence community.

Director of Accounting

Chris has extensive expertise in the finance and accounting field. His 12 years of experience have given him opportunities to work in many facets of the discipline, including public accounting and corporate tax. With previous positions at many large organizations, his skill set brings a breadth of knowledge to his position as Director of Accounting for MicroAutomation. Chris is responsible for all the financial and fiscal management aspects of the company’s operations, as well as the Human Resources department. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from East Carolina University.
