Project Manager
Duties Include:
Manage the project scope, customer expectations, timelines, project deliverables as well as sub-contractor support as necessary
Primary point of contact for all customer interactions and will manage the full project life-cycle including all tasks required for initiating, planning, executing, controlling and monitoring and closing the IT project
Develop test plans, scripts, user interface documentation, solution design documentation, functional/user testing as well as deployment and cutover of project to full production
Provides Leadership, Accountability and Ownership for all aspects of the Project Lifecycle
Monitors progress; updating clients and management on that progress and resolving any conflicts between client expectations and actual work output
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, engineering, computer science or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in problem identification, solution definition and execution. You must have experience applying best practices in project management.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, flexibility, adaptability to changes in roles and responsibility as required
High-energy work ethic and availability to work non-standard hours for peak work load is required.
You must have excellent communication skills and technical knowledge/background.
Ability to comprehend technical details of a typical MicroAutomation project in order to facilitate better communication with the technical project team.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Project is required.
