Today, MicroAutomation completed its implementation of its own Medicare Part A and Part B application on a VoiceGenie platform at Empire Medicare Services. VoiceGenie is the most recent of the four platforms where MicroAutomation applications have been integrated from a Medicare Contractor perspective. The other platforms are Vocalocity, Edify (Intervoice) and Genesys. “Our applications for Medicare Contractors as well as our entire suite of Contact Center solutions are designed to be platform independent,” said Daniel Abernathy, VP of Sales and Marketing at MicroAutomation. “As an integrator, our greatest asset to our customers is developing applications that are platform independent. Additionally, integrating with platforms that use industry standards allow us to best serve our customers-for both short and long term needs.
