Career Detail:
Due to growth and our expanding client base, MicroAutomation is searching for a professional sales representative to act as our Client Services Manager. This position requires a solutions oriented, business astute, sales person capable of selling to senior level managers and expanding our services within our existing client base. You will be the coordinator of internal and external resources to increase revenues within our clients and their sister divisions/lines of business. The successful candidate will earn well over six (6) figures with sales accelerators for added incentive.
Duties Include:
- Expanding our existing client base and increasing wallet share
- Positioning the company, recognizing prospect needs and building a business case
- Identifying client needs and understanding the business impact
- Creating complex, solutions driven proposals
- Acting as “Quarterback” for all significant client activities
- Detailed notes and reporting in our CRM
- Working closely with and leading a team to create the perfect solution and an exceptional client experience

- Exceptional presentation, writing and negotiation skills
- Ability to SELL - persuade senior decision makers through business acumen, ROI, thought leadership and relationship building
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and anticipate objections
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to succeed and win
- Ability to be a “thought leader” and “trusted advisor” to our clients
- Five (5) years of solution selling in a complex sale to C and VP level decision makers
- Call center technology experience is highly desirable
- Top performer in your current role with proven sales success
- Four (4) year college degree
