Career Detail:
Due to growth and our expanding client base, MicroAutomation is searching for a professional sales representative to fill a Partner Services Manager position. This position requires a solutions oriented, business astute, sales person capable of positioning MicroAutomation within our existing partners as their “go to” professional services partner. The successful individual will be charged with identifying opportunities within our existing partner base. This is a true partnership model, supported by delivery, R&D and marketing teams to facilitate initial opportunities and effectively support ongoing and growing partner sales opportunities.
Duties Include:
- Expanding our wallet share within our partnership base
- Positioning the company, recognizing prospect needs and building a business case/ROI
- Identifying partner needs and understanding the business impact of our services
- Creating complex, solutions driven proposals
- Acting as “quarterback” for all significant partner activities
- Working in a team environment to create the perfect solution and exceptional client experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Team player that works well in a professional, matrixed organization
- Strong business acumen and well-rounded technology professional
- Exceptional presentation, writing and negotiation skills
- Ability to SELL - persuade senior decision makers through business value, thought leadership and relationship building
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and anticipate objections
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to succeed and win
- Ability to be a “thought leader” and “trusted advisor” to our clients
- Call-center experience highly beneficial
- Five years of solution selling in a complex sale to C and VP level decision makers
- Call center technology experience is highly desirable
- Top performer in your current role with proven sales success
- College degree, or equivalent work experience
